The Practice

You'll represent employers, carriers, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation matters from inception through resolution, including:

Initial claim evaluation and strategy

Managing discovery and medical records

Depositions of claimants, physicians, and vocational experts

Motion practice

Settlement negotiations

Hearings before administrative judges

This is a hands-on litigation role not just file monitoring.

What They're Looking For

3-8+ years of workers' compensation defense experience

Ability to independently manage a full caseload

Strong organizational and client communication skills

Mississippi Bar admission

Multi-state comp experience is a plus but not required.
