To Apply for this Job Click Here About the Opportunity A well-established real estate law practice in the Duluth area is seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Closing Paralegal to join its team. This position is based in a smaller, collaborative closing office that was recently added to a growing real estate law practice. The office includes two attorneys and administrative support staff and focuses on providing a smooth, client-focused closing experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys working in a lower-volume, relationship-driven closing environment where attention to detail and strong client communication are valued.
