Master the preparation of sterile and non-sterile compounds, adhering to the highest safety standards to protect patient health. Manage the pharmacy inventory life-cycle, from receiving supplies to repackaging medications, ensuring the team is always equipped for success. Serve as a vital liaison between healthcare providers and patients, triaging complex inquiries to streamline the delivery of care. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required: Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. In Training Pharmacy Tech obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Pharmacy Intern obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. One or more of the following preferred: Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
