Workers Compensation Attorney - Onsite

Our multi-disciplinary firm client is seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney to join a growing team in Lancaster, PA. This is an on-site role offering meaningful responsibility, courtroom exposure, and long-term growth.

What Youll Do

• Handle Pennsylvania workers compensation matters from intake through resolution

• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and related legal filings

• Appear at hearings, depositions, mediations, and conferences

• Partner with senior attorneys on higher-complexity claims

• Manage an active caseload while meeting billable expectations

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide day-to-day case oversight

What Were Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school with an active Pennsylvania law license

• 3+ years of hands-on PA workers compensation litigation experience preferred

• Ability to independently manage the full workers comp lifecycle is a plus

• Comfortable using legal and electronic document management systems

• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills

• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Role Details

• In-person position with local travel to hearings and depositions

• Overnight travel not typically required

• Compensation based on experience and any portable business
