Bankruptcy Attorney
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel to financial institutions, lenders, creditors, and other clients on banking, finance, and bankruptcy matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents, security agreements, and related financial instruments.
Represent clients in bankruptcy court and other state and federal proceedings.
Conduct legal research and remain current on developments in banking, finance, and bankruptcy law.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana.
Minimum of four years of relevant experience in banking, finance, and creditors rights bankruptcy matters.
Strong understanding of U.S. banking, finance, and bankruptcy laws and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-based environment.
