Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to financial institutions, lenders, creditors, and other clients on banking, finance, and bankruptcy matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents, security agreements, and related financial instruments.

• Represent clients in bankruptcy court and other state and federal proceedings.

• Conduct legal research and remain current on developments in banking, finance, and bankruptcy law.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana.

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in banking, finance, and creditors rights bankruptcy matters.

• Strong understanding of U.S. banking, finance, and bankruptcy laws and procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-based environment.
