Employee Benefits Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of employee benefits matters, including retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation, and compliance with ERISA and related regulations.

• Draft, review, and update plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and related materials.

• Represent clients in matters involving the IRS, Department of Labor, and other regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Strong working knowledge of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and applicable benefits regulations.

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
