Employee Benefits Attorney
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on a broad range of employee benefits matters, including retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation, and compliance with ERISA and related regulations.
Draft, review, and update plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and related materials.
Represent clients in matters involving the IRS, Department of Labor, and other regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Strong working knowledge of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and applicable benefits regulations.
Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
