**Key Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar (preference for Pennsylvania).
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a practicing corporate attorney, whether at a law firm or in-house.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and managing simultaneous projects with an eye for detail and quality.
- High proficiency in balancing legal and business risk, delivering clear, concise advice.
- Prior experience with insurance regulatory issues, privacy laws, financial services counseling, and complex contract drafting is an advantage, though not required.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues swiftly, exercising sophisticated business judgment and legal insight.
