Experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
Location: Lancaster County, PA
Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office)
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

We are a well-established boutique personal injury law firm located in Lancaster County, seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all phases of personal injury litigation
Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories
Prepare and file pleadings and other legal documents electronically
Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and trial preparation materials
Summarize and organize medical records, including chronology creation
Communicate professionally with clients, outside counsel, experts, insurers, and medical providers
Accurately transcribe attorney dictation using Phillips Pro
Support attorneys with daily case management tasks and prioritized assignments
Maintain flexibility and responsiveness to last-minute client or case needs
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law
Superior legal writing skills with a proven ability to draft complex legal documents
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Adobe and document management platforms for handling large file volumes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Professional appearance and demeanor for regular in-person client interactions
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work across our three-suite office space
Please Note: This is a fully in-office position. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.
