Advise assigned offices on legal responsibilities & authority for housing programs under federal & state laws
Draft, review & assist in negotiating agency contracts & agreements
Facilitate responses to public records requests
Draft loan documents, instruments, amendments & releases related to housing assistance programs
Review & assist in drafting of proposed legislation & administrative rules
