Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior and mid-level attorneys, paralegals, and law clerks, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.
  • Continuous Legal Knowledge Enhancement: Stay current on evolving legal developments, industry trends, and relevant medical, scientific, or engineering issues affecting cases.
  • Organizational Improvement & Collaboration: Actively contribute to initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Staff Legal and Global Legal & Compliance organizations.
  • Ethical Compliance Adherence: Uphold and promote the highest standards of legal ethics and professional conduct in all activities. Manage complex ethical issues and guide junior attorneys in compliance with the Model Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC).
