The essential job responsibilities of the Attorney 2 will perform intermediate level legal assistance to the Vice President & General Counsel in providing legal services for MLGW Division; defending / prosecuting lawsuits; drafting / evaluating contracts: compliance issue; and supervise, direct and train assigned employees. Qualifications Qualification Requirements:
To perform the Attorney 2 role , you must:
-Have a Juris Doctorate degree with 2 to 4 years comparable experience in the practice of corporate law.
-Have passed the State of Tennessee Bar Examination. - Have a valid driver's license from state of residence.

Physical Working Conditions:
Works in inside and outside. Subject to hazards of investigative work and stress associated with heavy caseloads; interaction with people, sometimes in an adversarial climate; and changing / unpredictable events.
