Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Sr Legal Receptionist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Hartford, CT.

Job Title: Sr Legal Receptionist
Work Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Daily duties include reception, answering phones, greeting Guests, making coffee, ensuring coffee supplies are replenished, and assisting in the mailroom when needed.
• No extensive lifting, standing or walking are required.

Skills & Qualifications :

• A successful candidate will have a reception background and be able to provide a high level of customer service.
• Candidates should also know how to communicate in a positive manner with attorneys and their clients.
• High school diploma required; Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of related business experience preferred, strong preference for Admin and switchboard experience particularly in a law firm/legal environment.
• MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated organizational and communications skills.
• Professional competency.
• Ability to work with Technical equipment.
• Dress Code: Business casual No Jeans
• Driving: No
