Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorney
Location: Chicago, IL – Remote optional

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 5–7 years of civil/commercial litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and a proven track record handling cases from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage civil/commercial litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategy
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in Illinois
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently
• Trial or arbitration experience
