Daily Responsibilities:

• Legal document preparation
• Legal research & writing
• Strategy development
• Interviewing clients

Required Skills:

• Juris Doctor degree- MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING IN SC
• Advocacy skills
• Claims resolution
• Strong drafting abilities
• Decision-making skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Negotiation skills
• Investigation experience
• Events documentation

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $157,440 annually. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), holiday pay, paid time off, long-term disability, and short-term disability.
