Our client, a boutique Elder Law firm located in Elmsford (Westchester county), is looking to add a highly experienced Managing Attorney who can successfully balance providing expert Elder Law guidance with successfully supervising and leading the staff as the firm moves forward in its growth. This is a short track to partnership for the right candidate.

To be considered for this role, you must have an exceptional desire to help people protect their assets and plan for their future, a valid NYS bar license, and a minimum of 8+ years’ experience handling estate planning, trusts, wills, probates, asset protection, Medicaid planning, guardianships, and surrogate proceedings.

The salary range for this opportunity is $175k - $250k (based on experience), and includes healthcare benefits, generous PTO/holiday time, and 401k with contribution.
