LOCATION: Columbus, Ohio office

JOB DESCRIPTION: This position will primarily focus on real estate and eminent domain litigation for energy clients of the firm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two or more years of experience in litigation
• Must be admitted to the practice of law in the state of Ohio

• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team
• Experience drafting complaints, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other litigation-related documents

• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
