Our client, a dynamic plaintiffs trial law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join their team. As a Paralegal, you will be part of the legal support team, contributing to the success of various cases. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Paralegal

**Location:** Houston, Texas

**Pay Range:** $80,000- $90,000 (OT eligible) plus bonus potential

**What's the Job?**

+ Oversee cases from sign-up to post-verdict or settlement, including drafting discovery and e-filing.

+ Schedule depositions and assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials.

+ Manage litigation dockets and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

+ Draft legal documents, including motions and contracts, with knowledge of Texas and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

+ Coordinate client communications and supervise support staff to ensure efficient case progression.

**What's Needed?**

+ At least 4 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.

+ Preferred: Associate degree in paralegal studies.

+ Certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) or the American Alliance Certified Paralegal (AACP) credential.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal databases, preferably Needles.

+ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
