Real Estate Paralegal ( Hybrid )

We are hiring a full-time residental and/or commercial Real Estate Paralegal at the Pflug Law Firm, in Mt Pleasant, SC.  The paralegal will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, realtors, lenders and other relevant parties to a real estate transaction.  Responsiblities will include balancing CDs, preliminary review of title abstracts, preparing and recording legal documents under attorney supervision and post closing disbursment of funds.

Minimum 3 yrs experience as a real estate paralegal; knowledge of commercial and residential real estate transactions and trust accounting.  Proficiency using Qualia software as well as high level of computer literacy.  Great organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Possibility of hybrid schedule after 6 months.
