Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare applications to state and federal agencies for the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of alcoholic beverages
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Learn and understand the nuances of New York and New Jersey Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws and Regulations
• Communicate directly with clients and government agencies

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PDF editing and management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the Windows based operating system
• Legal document preparation
• Experience with trial preparation and litigation support
