Overview
We are seeking experienced Employment & Compensation Attorneys to join our clients legal team. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in drafting motions and pleadings, reviewing case files for compliance, and filing legal documentation. We are hiring remote attorneys to support their growing caseload efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting motions and pleadings.
- Reviewing files for compliance and accuracy.
- Identifying and correcting issues in case files.
- Filing legal documentation, especially for attorneys licensed in NY.
- Managing case workload efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Handling legal appearances (for NY-licensed attorneys).
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law (NY license preferred, but open to other jurisdictions if experience aligns).
- 2+ years of experience in employment and compensation law.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Experience with compliance reviews and document filings.
