Legal Assistant - Medical Malpractice (Hybrid)

Our firm specializes in representing clients in complex medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases, and we are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting people during difficult times.

As a Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing civil litigation cases from intake through trial, providing essential support to attorneys and helping ensure that clients receive the outstanding representation they deserve.

What You'll Do:

• Organize and maintain case files (electronic and physical)

• Prepare and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances

• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and other parties

• Assist with legal research, documentation gathering, and general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence in client service

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software; legal experience a plus

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
