Job Title: Hybrid Employment Law Attorney (Defense)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Defense Attorney with strong civil litigation experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate who is ready or nearly ready to step into a first-chair position. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employment law defense cases with an emphasis on civil litigation.
- Manage cases from inception to resolution, including trial preparation and first-chair responsibilities.
- Meet the 1,800 billable hour requirement.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, ideally with a focus on employment law defense.
- Must be ready or nearly ready to take on a first-chair role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a case load and meet billing requirements.
