Job Description

Kiernan Trebach LLP, a Civil Litigation Defense firm, is searching for a litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team in the Boston office.   The paralegal will conduct legal research, prepare subpoenas, manage discovery in civil cases, review/analyze medical records, summarize depositions and manage other case related activities. 

Candidates must demonstrate creative thinking, strong research skills, superior verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with internet-based resources such as LexisNexis.  Significant experience obtaining medical records, preparing medical chronologies and deposition summaries is preferred. Handling of matters litigated in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut jurisdictions is a plus.
