Job Description

Hadley Properties is a closely held real estate development company with operations in Seattle, Honolulu, and Colorado Springs.  We have an exciting opportunity for a strong corporate paralegal who can contribute immediately across multiple areas of the company and become an integral member of our team. 

This position is full-time in nature, and reports to the general counsel.  This paralegal will be energetic and hands-on; able to balance multiple priorities; and enthusiastic about participating in and supporting all aspects of the company, at whatever level is required, including corporate recordkeeping, management of community associations (HOA and Condo Associations), and file system organization and oversight.

Qualifications include:

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience with file/database management.
  • Strong research skills.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Experience with corporate minutes and minute books.
  • Experience with closing binders.
  • Tech Savvy.
  • Adept at time tracking of renewals and deliverables (i.e. corporate filings, other government agency filings, insurance, contract dates, etc.).
  • Experience with initial drafting, review and proofing for a variety of contracts.
  • Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ applicable experience required.
