Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents for attorney review
• Assist with litigation tasks such as filing subpoenas and e-filing documents
• Manage attorney calendars and scheduling appointments
• Conduct legal research and draft legal correspondence
• Handle travel arrangements and expense reports

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in legal terminology and research
• Experience with drafting legal documents
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent grammar and proofreading abilities
• Trial Preparation
• Wills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with document management systems
• Transcription and word processing skills
• Knowledge of file management and business correspondence

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $30,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $45,000.00
• Benefits: Sick Leave, Holiday Pay
