Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage case files, discovery, and court filings
  • Perform legal research and summarize findings
  • Maintain calendars and track deadlines for attorneys
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Assist with trial preparation and document production

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role required (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and case management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Paralegal certification is a plus
