Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist with legal document preparation
  • Support trial preparation and litigation activities
  • Provide assistance with corporate governance and securities matters
  • Conduct legal research and writing tasks
  • Manage document drafting, filing, and organization

Required Skills:

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience with litigation support and case management
  • Strong proficiency in legal research and writing
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with mergers & acquisitions and real estate transactions
  • Proficiency in proofreading and business correspondence
  • Knowledge of calendar management and file maintenance

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $39,280.00

Maximum Salary: $56,450.00
