Job Overview:
The Document Archivist at iPaladin will be responsible for accessing, reviewing, categorizing, and archiving client legal documents with precision and accuracy. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of library science principles to ensure that each document is appropriately classified and stored within iPaladin’s digital systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Document Review and Classification: Review each client document to determine its subject matter, category, and effective date. Employ a systematic approach to ensure documents are classified documents according to iPaladin’s organizational standards.
Quality Control: Regularly review the archived documents to ensure consistency and adherence to company’s quality standards. Address any discrepancies and implement corrective measure.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our Director of Professional Services to ensure that the document management system meets the needs of the clients.
Training and Compliance: Stay informed about the latest developments in company and client document management preferences. Participate actively in training sessions to improve skills and ensure compliance with evolving standards.
Reporting: Generate and submit regular reports detailing metrics such as number of documents reviewed and archived. Highlight any issues and suggest potential improvements to the document management process.
