Advanced Sales Attorney Summary The Advanced Sales Attorney is responsible for driving life sales by consulting with agents on individual cases, conducting agent training seminars, supporting Regional Vice Presidents (RVP's) and Internal Sales Associates. Key Responsibilities Work directly with affiliated/non-affiliated insurance agents to apply advanced marketing concepts and solutions to individual client needs. Consult with agents on large and or complex cases in the estate, retirement, business planning and charitable giving markets. Research, evaluate and develop advanced marketing solutions to meet the needs of high net worth clients. Ensure that advanced marketing solutions are in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. Requirements Bachelors degree and JD required CLU, ChFC strongly preferred At least 5 years experience in advanced sales with a life insurance company Strong knowledge of and experience in advanced markets, including but not limited to estate planning and business market strategies Experience with premium financing business preferred Sales experience is a plus Highly organized and results focused Exceptional speaking/group presentation skills Excellent relationship building skills. Able to promote teamwork and cooperative effort. Ability to progress to increasing levels of responsibility in the home office Acts ethically and with integrity, demonstrating strength in judgment, influence and diplomacy Proven experience of working with insurance agents and/or registered representatives to develop solutions for client needs.
