Prepares written reports of findings, along with recommendations, and disseminates information to all concerned parties. Provides advice, guidance and counsel to specialists regarding non-routine regulatory matters. Serves as the first point of escalation for complex or unresolved matters. Provides information/documentation required to open service delivery offices, expand geographical service areas, etc. Responds to information requests from external/internal sources i.e., regulatory agencies and Corporate/field personnel. Learns and interprets state/federal licensure regulations and applicable laws, consults with senior management of Corporate Licensure for clarification and guidance as needed, collects information and develops responses in a timely manner.Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Business or Healthcare Management or related study plus a minimum of 3 5 years in a related healthcare and/or legal environment. Must have working knowledge of various state and federal regulatory bodies and their processes.
