The position will be one of first in-house counsel positions following recent creation of a Legal Department and will report directly to the General Counsel. The attorney would be responsible for preparing, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements (particularly supply, service and logistics agreements), coordinating resolution of vendor warranty claims, managing commercial litigation, reviewing marketing materials and providing counsel in various substantive areas of the law, including antitrust, export/import and FCPA/anti-bribery. Significant interaction with all levels of management and key functions such as finance, supply chain and commercial operations. Should be an experienced and accomplished lawyer with at least 5 years experience and impeccable credentials, including at least 3 years with a leading law firm.
