Newly created position for Associate Legal Counsel. We are a company that contracts with County and State governments to provide healthcare staffing and services to correctional facilities. We seek an individual with JD degree and minimum of two (2) years experience, licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one (1) state. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Conducts legal research and analyzes legal sources such as case law, legal articles and treatises, and admnistrative, state and federal statutes in a timely manner; Drafts legal memorandum or briefs regarding legal issues as assigned by General Counsel; Coordinates with Litigation Paralegal to oversee administration of assigned litigation caseload.
