Duties/Responsibilities
Clerical support for the Legal Department
Typing contracts, confidential documents and correspondence
Filing, answering phones and making travel arrangements
Transcribing dictation
Entering and maintaining data in the Legal Department case management system
Understand detail unique to legal bills and corporate insurance
Provide support in researching billing information requested by a variety of sources
Requirements
A minimum of five years of legal secretarial experience is required
Microsoft Office proficiency is required - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Must be able to work on multiple projects and complete them in a timely manner
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is self-directed
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments
Experience in a flexible work environment is required
Must be able to transcribe dictation
