Job Title: Senior Counsel II '40 Act Attorney Company: The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc Location: Philadelphia, PA Description: The practice group handles legal and regulatory matters arising out of the securities brokerage, investment adviser and mutual fund administration businesses of PNC throughout the United States.
