Job Responsibilities

5 to 10 years legal experience, practice before state utility commissions and courts, experience with natural gas utility rates and regulation, and strong work ethic. In-house utility experience, FERC experience, state regulatory commission experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically possesses 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience. Licensures in Arkansas and other areas of operation required. Position requires occasional travel (up to 25ž Typing; communication, research and writing; computer skills; mastery of legal process required.
